We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

(5) Use of Services
5.1 - Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

7.1 - Collection Tracking of Personal Information: By using Novem’s Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, email, phone number, and payment information. This information may be used to improve our services, communicate with you, and for legal and security purposes.

(8) Payment and Billing
8.1 - Pricing: All prices for our Services are displayed on our website and/or are given to the User upon demand. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

8.2 – Security Deposit: All users utilizing our services must provide a security deposit of 30% of the total payment asked. After the service is completed, the user must pay the remaining 70%. If we do not receive the security deposit, the service cannot continue.
8.3 - Payment: Payments for our Services must be made through our designated payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
8.4 - Billing: If you purchase a subscription-based service, you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

(9) Refund and Cancellation Policy
9.1 – Users may cancel a service and/or order in the first 24 hours of the placement of said service and/order with no additional fee.

9.2 – If the user desires to cancel the service and/or order after the first 24 hours of the placement of said service and/or order, an additional fee of 35% of the total payment asked upon completion.

9.3 – After the user has received his service and/or order, and the service and/or order has been closed, we cannot offer a refund.

(10) Termination
10.1 - By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.
10.2 - By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
10.3 - Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 - Disclaimers: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11.2 - Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

(12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novem, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

(13) Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed by the laws of India.

(14) Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Novem Internal Affairs Department, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration.

(15) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

(16) Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Novem regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
